Hello!Want to say thanks for good service during my stay in this hotel.Everything was fine, good breakfasts, nice and welcoming staff, comfortable location, even for those who travel without car, in few steps from hotel opened new metro station.The only thing i can advice for hotel - is to inform about the amount of the city fee, i was a bit surprised that it depends also from level of hotel (stars...)... But, anyway Thanks a lot!

We enjoyed our stay and everything was as stated on the Internet adverts, but I doubt that the Zara metro is only 900 meters from the hotel, much further and a small inconvenience, Breakfast was very good, but service was interrupted by large groups of tourists all appearing at the same time. Clearly there were not enough staff to deal with a predictable problem. Everything else was great!

"Superb service in Milan"1st January 2013, KaperJKM, Warsaw
The hotel is located in the "greater center" of Milan, so conviniently mostly for those travelling by car. But having this in mind - simply perfect. This was my second stay in Novotel Milan Nord Ca Granda - and again the staff was very kind and helpfull. With very good price available for those, who pay in advance for "fixed" stays. I honestly recommend it. (probably in few days there will be my another review of this hotel, because I stayed there also on New Years Eve night).

Overall the service and quality of the rooms, service and restaurant is meeting the expectations of a Novotel facility.Disappointment came when only noticed when the restaurant bill came that without asking or advising the most expensive options where served. Example, I ordered a beer, an espresso and a grappa, but noticed on the bill that it was a large beer, double espresso and most expensive grappa, so in total 8 euro more than expected. Although the quality was good this gave a bad taste. My learning’s are to double check when ordering if there are any options and if it is understood correctly.

"Great Hotel. Slightly outskirt of city center"13th December 2012, Penang
Everything was good about the hotel, free wifi, quality of sleep, only it is slightly outskirts from Milan city centres. However there is a tram near the hotel that goes to Centrale so you can take the metro to other places.

Pros: Clean room, helpfull staff, apartament facilities available (safe, frigobar, international cable tv), excelent breakfast.Cons: A bit far away from the city center (public transport available), only plastic cups available in bedroom.

Nice hotel for family with kids. Lot of games for children available in the lobby of the hotel. Lifeguard at th pool. Friendly personell. Nice rooms. Centrum Milaan easily to get with Tram & Metro. Overall good hotel

The Hotel in general is what one would expect from a 2-3 Star property.it is located primarily in a residential area and there are not many facilities around close by ie; resturaunts, convenience stores ,etc.Tram stops are within walking distance from the hotel,however if you were to catch a taxi anywhere expect to be paying a lot of money.The hotel facilities were satisfactory ,and the rooms were tidy but basic.In fact the Airconditioning did not work very well at all and was quite hot in the rooms.Plumbing/drainage was also an issue and the showers kept overflowing.The staff in general were very helpful & friendly,and probably the best attribute of our stay.The Breakfast buffet was very average and was not value for money in my opinion.

Nice Hotel outside all of the noise but close enough to get to the center in 5 minutes. Nice family atmosphere, good food. It was really hot during our stay so we got to appreciate the pool.The staff was friendly and very helpful. I would stay again if the chance arises.

We stayed for one night only, and selected a hotel relatively close to downtown.The hotel was good. Check-in crew was helpful and friendly, in proper English.The room was good, although we did not have much of a view. Going downtown (good shopping, but bring multiple credit-cards!) was a 20-minute tram-ride. very convenient.We had dinner outdoor, but the breakfast-buffet was excellent!Overall good experience!

the beds at this hotel were extremely hard. after a poor night we asked if we could change and they moved all our luggage to a new room. here the bed was much better although on the firm side. restaurant choice for evening meal not great so went to nearby ibis hotel

Hotel is well positioned to use tram to get to the city centre, so no need to pay inner city prices. In general the hotel was good, pleasant and helpful staff. The facilities were as you would expect from a hotel of this type.The hotel lacked attention to detail for cleaning and maintenance. Leaky windows, one elevator out of order and the other desperately requiring servicing left a negative impression on a generally good stay.

We have stayed in this hotel because its a ACCOR group of hotels and being stayed in many other locations of Accor we expected the same kind of service in Milan hotel.Hotel is located in the heart of city easy access to trams and public transportation, 15 minutes drive to Milan Central station.The main thing where the hotel is lacking is about their customer service at the desk, and the worst thing is that they will switch off your Air Condition in the room at midnight 2am, which they have never mentioned at the time of booking, trust me guys when we complained the staff at the front desk simply says that we are committed to Enviroment protection or something so we have to do it and the Air Conditioned will be off for the rest of the night. :) and for the solution they asked us to open the windows of the room to get fresh Air.I still cant believe that I have received this answer from the front desk staff.Thats all I can I say

The safe in the room was not working. The soap holder in the bath was broken. They advertise free parking at the hotel. But it is limited to a maximum of 15 parking bays. These were completly full all the time, so I had to park in the paid parking at Euro 1,00 per hour. In my view, if there is no parking outside, the underground parking should be for free. For a 4 star hotel, it was not value for money, and I am happy I only stayed there for 1 night.
