What are customer codes and access codes?

A customer code (SC, SCP, AS, IA, etc.) is your AccorHotels customer username. An access code is an additional username to keep your agreements confidential. For your security, access codes are changed every year. When you enter these two codes, you can access any agreements that you or your company have with AccorHotels.

How do I book my, or my company’s, negotiated rates online?

To book your negotiated rates, you must enter both your customer code (SC, SCP, AS, IA, etc.) and the access code sent to you by your AccorHotels contact.

Can I book my company’s negotiated rates other than via the website?

To benefit from your negotiated rates, enter your customer code (SC, SCP, AS, IA, etc.) and access code when booking:

I have an agreement with negotiated rates for each of my main destinations and an additional offer for my secondary destinations. How can I book the rates of my various offers?

When you enter your customer code (SC, SCP, AS, IA, etc.) and access code, you automatically access all rates negotiated under your various corporate agreements.

Why can't I access my negotiated rates?

Depending on the hotel’s availability, your negotiated rate may not be available for the dates requested.

How can I identify my corporate rates?

When you do a search, your corporate rates will be flagged as follows:

  • by a pop-up of a Negotiated rate icon identifying your company’s preferred hotels at key destinations
  • by a pop-up of a Chain discount icon for your company’s rates under a general agreement for your secondary destinations
  • through the offer name next to the rate you see on the screen.

What does the “Negotiated rate” icon signify?

This signifies hotels offering a negotiated rate specifically tailored to your company’s key destinations .

What does the “Chain discount” icon signify?

This signifies a global offer that includes hotels around the world offering special rates for all your secondary destinations (in addition to your customised offer at your key destinations).

How can I renew my agreement?

To renew an agreement, contact your sales adviser or sales office by clicking here.

How can I book with an AccorHotels card (e.g.. Business Plus membership card, Le Club AccorHotels loyalty card)?

Once you’ve entered your customer code client (SC, AS, etc.) and access code, simply specify the card type and number. You will then be recognised and able to access the card’s rates and conditions.

How many rooms can I book?

You can book up to 3 rooms in the same hotel and for the same dates under one reservation.

Is a credit card mandatory for online bookings?

A credit card may or may not be required at the time of booking, depending on the rate’s terms and conditions, if applicable.

Will I receive a booking confirmation?

Yes, you will receive confirmation by email or text message.

How can I change/cancel a booking?

To change a booking, you must first cancel it and then re-book it. Before cancelling, make sure rooms are still available. Click here to cancel a booking.

How can I create my account online?

It’s quick, easy and can all be done online! Click here to start creating your account, or at any time while visiting our site in the “My account” box at the top right of your screen. Enter your email and click “Register”.

I have lost my password to access my account. How do I reset it?

Click here. Enter your email address and you will receive an email asking you to create a new password.

How can I access my account?

Click here. Enter your email address, your Le Club AccorHotels card number, your password and click “Log in”.
You can also access your account at any time while visiting our site in the “My account” box at the top right of your screen.

How can I change my account?

To update your personal account information:

  1. Access your account by clicking “Log in”
  2. Enter your email address or Le Club AccorHotels card number and your password
  3. Select “My profile”
  4. Go to “Personal information”
Note: For security reasons you will not be able to make any changes to your first or last name or title. If your circumstances change, please contact our customer service.

What is the Business Plus card?

The Business Plus card is a subscription card for frequent business travellers and their companies staying at AccorHotels group hotels.
The card offers discounts and benefits for any stay at a Sofitel, Pullman, MGallery by Sofitel, Grand Mercure, Novotel, Suite Novotel, Mercure, Aparthotels Adagio (excluding Adagio Access), ibis, ibis Styles or Thalassa Sea & Spa hotel worldwide, as well as discounts and benefits with our partner Europcar.
The card is fee-based, can only be used by the cardholder, and is valid for one year from the date of issue.

What is the cost of the Business Plus card?

The Business Plus card costs €170 inc. VAT (or €141.67 plus VAT at the applicable VAT rate in France).
For any order of five or more cards, please contact our sales teams to set up an offer tailored to your company.

How long is the Business Plus card valid?

The Business Plus card is valid for one year from the date of issue.

How can I enjoy the benefits and discounts offered by the Business Plus card?

To enjoy the Business Plus card’s benefits and discounts, the cardholder must specify their card number when making a booking and present it at the hotel’s check-in desk on arrival.

What discounts does the Business Plus card offer?

Benefit from the following discounts at more than 2,700 AccorHotels properties worldwide:

  • Sofitel: 15% off all room rates (may be subject to certain conditions)
  • Pullman, MGallery by Sofitel, Grand Mercure, Novotel and Mercure: 15% off the best room rate with no conditions, and 5% off some rates subject to certain conditions
  • Novotel Suite: 10% off the full rate of a suite for short stays (1–2 nights), and 7% off stays of 3 or more nights, and stays of more than 8 nights
  • ibis: 10% off the full room rate and food and drink
  • ibis Styles: 10% off room rates that include breakfast or half-board, and 5% off some rates subject to certain conditions
  • Aparthotels Adagio (excluding Adagio Access): 5% off the public rate with no conditions for a minimum four-night stay
  • Thalassa Sea & Spa: discounts on spa products

Your subscription card also entitles you to a discount on Europcar car hire:
  • 20% off prepaid and non-prepaid rates worldwide.
Your Business Plus card also guarantees room availability provided you book at least three days before arrival (before 12 noon hotel local time).
Applies only to stays at the public or full rate (the availability guarantee cannot be combined with discounts granted by the subscription card).
Rates for the Business Plus programme are eligible for Le Club AccorHotels points.

How do I benefit from the room availability guarantee when making my booking?

Your Business Plus card guarantees room availability provided you make your booking at least three days before your arrival (before 12 noon local time at the hotel). This guarantee applies to stays at the public or full rate. This benefit cannot be combined with your Business Plus card discounted rate.

How do I guarantee my room booking?

Note: the booking guarantee is different to the availability guarantee (see “How do I benefit from the room availability guarantee when making my booking?”). Your Business Plus card does not constitute a booking guarantee. To guarantee your booking for any arrival after 6 p.m. (2 p.m. in some countries), you will need to provide a credit card number. In the event of a non-cancelled booking (no show), and based on the hotel’s cancellation policy, the cost of the first night will be debited to the credit card given to secure the booking.
For your security and the protection of your personal data, your credit card number is not retained from one booking to another.

Why am I asked for a credit card when I arrive at the hotel?

A credit card number provided on your arrival is simply a payment guarantee.

What happens if my Business Plus card is lost, stolen or damaged?

If your Business Plus card is lost or stolen:

  1. Log into your Accorhotels.com account
  2. Request a duplicate under “My subscription cards”.
Duplicate are free of charge.
While waiting to receive your card, you can print a copy from your account.

What is the ibis BUSINESS card?

The ibis BUSINESS card is a fee-based subscription card valid for one year , offering discounts and special benefits in all participating ibis, ibis Styles and ibis budget hotels worldwide (with some exceptions: see list of hotels not participating in the programme).

What is the cost of the ibis BUSINESS card?

The ibis BUSINESS card costs €90 inc. VAT/year excluding temporary promotions or specific local conditions.

How long is the ibis BUSINESS card valid?

It is valid for one year as from the date of issue.

What discounts does it offer me?

You are eligible for discounts at all participating ibis, ibis Styles and ibis budget hotels worldwide (with some exceptions: see list of hotels not participating in the programme)

  • on accommodation : 10% off the full rate or 5% off ibis promotional rates. (Early booking, Summer & Winter deals, weekend)
  • on dining : 10% off expenditure in the hotel restaurant and bar: breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks in the bar (even if you are not staying at the hotel).

How do I benefit from the room availability guarantee?

The ibis BUSINESS card guarantees room availability at your chosen ibis, ibis Styles or ibis budget hotel or a nearby hotel of equivalent category provided that you make your booking before 12 noon at least two days before arrival. This guarantee only applies to stays at the public or full rate on which the ibis BUSINESS card member is entitled to a 10% discount. Discounts related to this benefit can therefore be combined. Some hotels are excluded from these terms year round or on certain dates.

How do I guarantee my room booking?

The ibis BUSINESS card is not a late-arrival guarantee. To guarantee your room booking, regardless of your arrival time, you need to provide a credit card number. For your security and the protection of your personal data, your credit card number is not retained from one booking to another. In the event of a non-cancelled booking, the cost of the first night will be debited to the credit card given to secure the booking.
