Major problem with WiFi unable to access emails. Due to connecting with my email address will not be able to stay again due to this problem three different people tried to solve it with no success 5 days without emails

Central location to my destination. Close to Kings Cross Station. Pleasent welcome recognising my previous visits. Room is good size with all the facilities needed. TV channels are fewer in number than a domestic TV. Prices are expensive in mini bar but plenty of shops close by. Breakfast was excellent and vegetarians well catered for.

We have previously stayed here and enjoyed it very much so this time was no different and it was a special event for us celebrating 35 years of marriage. Doorman, Thomas exceptional, Room excellent, service excellent, food exceptional. The only disappointing thing was that I had sent an email long before we arrived notifying the hotel of our anniversary and requesting a surprise for my husband in the room when we arrive but this did not happen - we enjoyed our time with you anyway, maybe next time.

Alway a great welcome from the arrivials team who are very helpful . Rooms are kept immaculate clean. My only comments is that despite repeated comments as a regular guest. the plates at breakfast are always cold. Such a simple remedy could be applied! Check-in was fast and friendly. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable, especially the bed! I informed the hotel that this stay was a gift to my fiancee and the receptionist upgraded our room - this was very generous and we are both incredibly grateful.

An enjoyable stay but we had a couple of issues during our stay. On the plus side the reception team were professional and welcoming as were the bar staff. The hotel room was good and the views across London were fantastic. We had a one minor issue; the room temperature - it was way too hot and the aircon system was ineffective in cooling it down. We were provided with a fan to alleviate the issue but it still wasn’t ideal.

Isolation is very poor between room, In fact there was a door going to other room, obviously not helping. Quite disappointed TV selection, very poor quality and no selection at all for this kind of hotel and at that price. Never seen before! On my last night, shower did not work, it was burning water, not possible to take shower, especially that night I need to pay by myself as it was not paid by my company.

The location is excellent and the breakfast is very good. The rooms are modern but they are basic, doesn't feel "luxury" for the price. The Lobby is noisy and the DJ is not for everyone's taste. Staff is excellent, always have been very well received

« Peaceful oasis with good food and handy for weekend in London »

From the time we entered the hotel to when we left it was all relaxing and just what you want when in London. Breakfast was very good and was of a similar level to the Pullman hotels in Germany, so it must be good. Room was very comfortable and quiet given we were next to a major road in London that in itself is a bonus. Staff all very helpful - I would recommend this hotel to anybody who wants a comfortable Oasis in London.
