We've stayed here a few times & it is usually very good. Last summer we had a bad stay but pleased to say that on this visit the standards were back to their best. We stayed in a deluxe room & it was excellent.

« My overall experience was pleasant. »

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The check in process was quick and easy. The doormen always greeted us with a smile. The most dissatisfying experience was at the restaurant the first day of my arrival. I waited a long time for my order to be taken by the young woman and it was incorrect when it arrived. I didn’t complain at the time because it meant waiting again. That said, the rooms were comfy and clean.

The hotel is very conveniently located, the staff is friendly and helpful. Room was clean. We appreciated the possbility to get the room earlier than the standard check-in time. The only issue was a very dirty curtain (room no. 232) that is certainly much below the Accor hotels standatd.

The hotel is ideally situated near the train station , Staff very helpful and go out of there way to accommodate your every need, they charged my phone for me because I forgot my charger , guided me to the nearest shops and fine restaurants, looked after my bags while I was in my meeting , overall outstand customer service , I will definitely be staying again and recommend it to others superb.

Whilst waiting for the room to become available I was asked if I wanted something from the bar. I know that it’s london but £4:40 for a nondescript latte seemed overpriced. The room was too warm. And the air conditioning didn’t work, because as I was informed: it’s not air conditioning. It just circulates the air. And as I’d been offered a room with a view, opening the window provided very noisy relief. Lastly, the telephone in the room didn’t work, and my wife tells me that applying makeup in the mirrors provided is almost impossible. A magnifying mirror would be a boon. Will I stay again? Perhaps. It’s convenience is a significant factor. But please, I’ve stayed at better Novotels and the Pullman is meant to be a step up the ladder.

bed was comfy although aircon was not working, room was very warm at night and the water temperature in the shower was very inconsistent (cycled from very hot to cold during a shower)

However our centralized cooling system provide you heat air in winter and cold air in summer. Even if we had an exceptional warm weather in London which gave us more than 20 degrees on the day, the temperature during the night cools down to 8 degrees and this is why we can not change the "winter mode". I have shared your comment with our maintenance department in order to fix the issue with the hot water turning cold during the shower. (Thank you for sharing your remarks). Very easy to get to from Kings cross. Quick check in. Nice room and bath room. I was staying for business. While nice to have an ironing board and iron the security on it made it difficult to use. Do people steal your irons? If so bill them. It would be nice if the Tv could be used as a laptop screen / monitor. Nice breakfast room with an excellent choice. Quick checkout.

As a returning Accor member, it is always nice to be greeted well - from the reception to the personal welcome note in my room. The room and room facilities were good. The main bar and restaurant was vibrant. The breakfast was of high quality and offered a wide choice. The hotel is very well located for St Pancras (Eurostar) and trains to the north (Euston and King Cross), and London Underground.
